Dyed Shoes for Wedding?
I’m dying my shoes blue for my wedding.. For my “something blue”… I have heard of bad things with dying shoes, but, are they true? Will the dye bleed on my gown?
I have searched everywhere for the right color blue for my shoes, as is, but have had no luck… Hence why I purchased dyable shoes… They say they are not waterproof… I am afraid if they get wet, it might stain my dress? Anyone experience this?
I am marrying outside… But, not in the grass.. There is concrete. My concern is, there is a pond in back that we will probably take photos at… There is a sidewalk, but I am terrified to step in the grass due to my shoes…
If they get wet, (like if it is raining or you step in a puddle) the color will run. It will prob get on your dress… Are you getting married inside? If so, just change into them when you get to the venue.
EDIT: As long as the grass isn’t wet (rain, morning dew) you should be fine!
